somewhere in the Philly area

and earn a $500 finder's fee.

*Restrictions apply.

* Location must meet the following requirements:

-At least 2 front entrances.

-Must meet all building, fire and ADA codes and have automatic sprinkler system.

-Public rest room facilities on site.

-Ample parking for seasonal volume of staff & guest vehicles.

-Short term lease (September, October, November) preferred.

-In or less than 1 hr. of N.E. Philadelphia/Lower Bucks County, Pa.

-Easy access by personal and/or public transportation.

-Indoor/Outdoor location must be suitable for the purpose of setting up and operating 3 haunted attractions including, but not limited to: ample parking, electrical power, climate control (indoor), ample overhead clearance for tall props and sets, reasonably open areas for minimal layout restrictions, etc.

-Subject to approval of Uptown Entertainment for suitability.
